Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering our fresh, cold-pressed juices with care and speed so you can enjoy nature’s best in every bottle! Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, delivery, and other logistics.

We currently ship to:
- Local Delivery: San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County, Alameda County, and Santa Clara County
- Statewide Shipping (CA only): We offer limited regional delivery throughout California via refrigerated delivery services.
- Nationwide Shipping (COMING SOON): Stay tuned as we work to expand our reach!!!
Due to the perishable nature of our juices and being that they are non high-pressure pasteurized,(also known as cold pasteurization), we do not currently ship internationally.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- For custom juice cleanses or bulk orders, please allow 1 extra business day for preparation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Windows
To ensure your juices arrive fresh and chilled, we use:
- Local Hand Delivery: Delivered in temperature-controlled packaging — usually within 24–48 hours.
- Cold-Packed Express Shipping: For extended regions — estimated delivery within 1–3 business days via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight.
Note: We do not ship on weekends to avoid juices sitting in transit.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight/size
- Delivery speed
Free Local Delivery may be available for orders over $60 in San Joaquin County/Stanislaus.
Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
- All juices are cold-pressed, bottled fresh, and packed with insulated liners and ice packs to maintain optimal freshness.
- We recommend refrigerating your juices immediately upon delivery.
- If you don't plan on consuming beverages within 3-5 days following delivery, it is highly recommended to freeze.
If your order arrives warm, damaged, or compromised, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For local delivery, we’ll send you a delivery window via email or SMS.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order and no drop-off instructions are provided, the package will be returned and rescheduled for delivery (additional fees may apply).
